From humble beginnings to global career opportunities

The Foundation
NAVIS HR was established with a focus on Japanese language education, laying the groundwork for future international career opportunities.
At the same time, Japan experienced a rise in global learning interest, while India saw rapid IT/BPO expansion and global cultural visibility.
Expanding to Japan
NAVIS HR established its Japan office, strengthening its on-ground presence.
This aligned with Japan opening doors to more foreign workers and India witnessing a surge in start-ups and IT talent migration.


Government Recognition
NAVIS HR became certified under the TITP (Technical Intern Training Program) by the government.
This period also saw major work-style reforms in Japan and increased participation of women in the workforce globally.
Strategic Growth
NAVIS HR merged and expanded operations, deploying the first batch of Indian TITP nurses as care workers.
Japan introduced the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) system, while India saw a rise in start-up investments and global career aspirations.


First SSW Deployments
NAVIS HR successfully sent its first batch of SSW care workers to Japan.
Despite global disruptions, Japan adapted to remote work culture, while India experienced a major shift toward online education.
Training Innovation
“MANTEN” — NAVIS HR’s proprietary color-coded Japanese textbook series, was published, with over 96% pass success in SSW exams.
Japan hosted the Tokyo Olympics and saw growth in remote work lifestyles, while India strengthened bilateral ties with Japan through SSW collaborations.


Strengthening Japan Operations
NAVIS JAPAN and NAVIS GmbH were established, along with the release of the “MANTEN Hindi” version to support wider accessibility.
Japan entered the 5G era with tech start-up growth, while India explored emerging sectors like NFT and metaverse innovation.
Infrastructure & Scale
A new office was launched, supporting over 260 candidates. NAVIS HR also achieved AWO, Fukui TV collaboration, and produced a documentary that earned global recognition.
Japan saw growth in AI and fintech, while India diversified employment sectors and accelerated AI adoption.


Global Impact & Recognition
NAVIS HR received CSR Batch recognition and sent its first aviation SSW candidates to Japan. Over 1,600 candidates were successfully placed across Tokyo and North-East regions.
Japan focused on tourism recovery and space-related developments, while India expanded into space tech and green energy.
Future-Ready Expansion
Sri Lanka subsidiary established. Unified “Study Plus” brand launched. Nurse and driver training programs strengthened, including driver-specific Japanese textbooks.
Japan continues addressing workforce shortages with policy implementation, while India accelerates AI and green tech advancements.
